A 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 60 days before departure.
Failure to complete payment by the deadline will be considered cancellation by the guest.
Once the deposit is paid, the contract becomes effective.
Cancellations for personal reasons: Deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellations 15–21 days before departure: 50% of the total charter fee will apply.
Cancellations within 14 days of departure: 100% of the total charter fee will apply.
For any approved refunds, an additional 2% will be charged to cover refund transfer and processing costs.
Refund processing may take some time depending on payment method, bank procedures, and international transfer conditions.
Date changes within 14 days before departure are not supported.
Free rescheduling or refund is allowed only in cases of force majeure, including:
– Natural disasters (excluding normal rain, snow, or low visibility)
– Airline delays or cancellations
Any other changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Standard charter service:
– 10 hours per day (city charter)
– 8 hours per day (intercity charter; subject to quotation)
Service time starts from the confirmed pickup time.
Usage shorter than the agreed duration is still charged as the full charter service time.
Unused hours are non-refundable and valid for the same service day only.
Overtime fees:
– ¥5,000 per hour (less than 1 hour charged as a full hour)
– After 22:00: ¥6,000 per hour
Overtime fees must be paid directly to the driver.
Driver working limits and mandatory rest time must be respected.
No eating & drinking inside the vehicle (only water drinking is allowed).
No smoking at all times.
Please remove all trash when leaving the vehicle.
Any damage or hard-to-clean stains will be charged based on authorized Japanese dealer repair or cleaning costs.
Includes 90 minutes of free waiting time starting from the actual flight landing time.
