Terms & Conditions
- Excludes air flight fares, personal expenses, travel insurance (strongly recommend you buy on your own), some meals, and optional activities are not listed.
- Natural disasters like typhoons, earthquakes, heavy rain/snow, and floods might happen during the tour, so the tour guide has the right to make changes/cancel the itinerary. However, refunds for natural occurrences preventing access will not be issued. In case of severe weather disrupting transportation or accommodation, we will assist with arrangements as much as possible.
- Cancellation up to 20 days before: planning fee (20%) only
- Children: Ages 6+ charged full tour price, 2–5 years charged half tour price, under 2 years old free.
- Min. 2 participants per tour
- A single traveler will be charged an extra 30% of the tour package for a single room.
- No tattoos are allowed in most of the onsen.
- Driver hours follow Japanese law (max. 10 hrs/day incl. standby)
