Hitsujiyama Park in Saitama

​Hitsujiyama Park in Chichibu, Saitama Prefecture, is renowned for its stunning shibazakura (moss phlox) fields, which bloom vibrantly each spring. During the Chichibu Shibazakura Festival, the park’s Hill of Pink Moss is adorned with over 400,000 moss phlox plants spanning approximately 17,600 square meters. The flowers bloom in pink, white, and purple hues, creating a breathtaking carpet of color.
